Can this work with the website I already have?
Yes, we review the website and installation access before confirming the integration. You can keep an existing site. If you need a new site, a 1–3 page mobile-friendly website is included in every plan.
Is there a separate setup fee?
No. Standard setup and launch are included in the monthly plan. Presence is $99/month, Follow-Up is $197/month and Growth System is $297/month. Additional integrations or expanded scope are agreed in writing before work begins.
Are AI voice and website chat included?
Both are included in all three plans, within the usage allowances agreed before launch. We confirm the allowance and any extra-usage terms with you. The plans do not promise unlimited usage.
Which plans include Google review tools?
Every plan includes Google review link and QR code setup. Follow-Up and Growth System add automated review requests via permitted channels. We confirm your business profile access and request workflow during setup.
Does the demo book a real appointment?
The customer roleplay is a demonstration and does not book a real service. Use the consultation booking link to choose a time with ZenOut Labs. Client routing and booking are configured and tested before launch.
