Less repetitive work.
More control
over your business.

Your team should not have to copy the same data, chase the same updates, or review everything by hand. ZenOut Labs helps you choose and build the right AI-assisted workflow—with people in control of the decisions that matter.

II · Understand

Understand how
the work moves.

Every repeated task has a beginning, a handoff, and a person waiting on the other side. We start by seeing the whole picture.

III · Structure

Give it a
clear structure.

A useful system begins with a clear plan. What comes in. Where it goes. Who makes the next decision.

IV · Connect

Let each request
find its path.

Connect the routine steps. Route the exceptions to the right person. Build around the tools your team already knows.

V · Human review

Keep people
in control.

Let the system prepare.
Let a person decide.

VI · Clarity

Make the
result clear.

See what happened, what needs attention, and who acts next. Useful information, in a place your team can actually use.

Start with the work.
Choose the right tool.

ZenOut Labs provides AI implementation consulting, workflow automation, and custom internal tools. We help your team reduce repeated work using its existing software—with human review where decisions matter.

01

Find the useful
opportunity.

Separate tasks worth automating from decisions that need a person. Discuss the workflow and agree a useful first release.

02

Connect the handoff.

Move information between existing tools, assign the next step, and keep failures and exceptions visible.

03

Put the decision
in one place.

Build focused review queues, approval tools, and operations views around the way your team works.

Build something useful

A clear scope.
A working result.

Start with a free 30-minute fit call. If the work is already clear, we can quote the build directly.

Starting prices apply to the defined scopes below. We agree the deliverables, fixed quote, access, and start date before work begins. Delivery targets run from that agreed start with inputs ready.

Small Automation

From$1,000one-time project · USD

5 business days

One repeated task. A working improvement.

Connect a clear, repeatable handoff without turning it into a larger software project.

  • One process, one trigger, and up to two existing tools
  • Agreed field mapping, validation, and a visible failure notification
  • Representative success and failure checks
  • One consolidated revision and a recorded handoff

Your takeaway: A narrow automation you can use, understand, and operate.

Workflow Build

From$2,000one-time project · USD

7–10 business days

Make the handoffs work together.

Connect a recurring process across your tools, with a clear place for exceptions and human review.

  • One end-to-end workflow across up to three tools
  • Routing, validation, run history, and agreed failure handling
  • One review or approval step where the process needs it
  • One consolidated revision, documentation, and handoff

Your takeaway: A connected workflow with a clear owner, visible exceptions, and agreed completion checks.

Focused Internal Tool

From$4,000one-time project · USD

15–20 business days

Give your team one useful place to work.

Turn a scattered process into a focused interface for reviewing information and moving work forward.

  • One workspace and user role, with up to three main views
  • Up to two agreed data connections
  • One approval or status flow, access controls, and visible errors
  • One consolidated design revision, acceptance review, and source handoff

Your takeaway: A usable internal tool for a bounded process, with documentation and an agreed handoff.

Every build includes agreed acceptance checks, documentation, handoff, and 30 days of fixes for reproducible defects in the delivered scope. New features, changed requirements, vendor changes, and software or API fees are separate. One consolidated revision is included; further changes are quoted before work.

Think it through,
then decide.

Optional Planning Session · $250 one time. A 60-minute working conversation about one defined problem, followed by a short action note within two business days. Useful when the approach is uncertain; never required before every build.

For agreed work outside a package: $100/hour standard. Complex specialist or expedited work may be $150/hour, agreed in writing first. No automatic overages.

Seller operations.
Less spreadsheet friction.

For Amazon and other marketplace sellers, supplier files, cost changes, and catalog checks are a practical place to start. ZenOut can help design the review workflow and the tools around it.

This is custom work scoped to your process. It is not a ready-made seller platform or a promise to update your marketplace accounts automatically.

A few things
worth knowing.

What is ZenOut Labs?

ZenOut Labs is the AI consulting and custom business systems practice of Zen Solutions and Systems LLC, led by founder Gregory. We scope and build workflow automations, internal tools, and AI-assisted workflows around the software your team already uses. Meet Gregory and learn about ZenOut Labs.

Do we need to change all our software?

We begin with the tools your team already uses. The answer might be a connection between them, a small interface, or a simpler process. Replacing software only makes sense when it solves the problem.

Where does AI fit?

Where interpreting a document, drafting a response, or finding information helps a specific task. We define review points and a fallback for uncertain results. Some workflows work better with ordinary automation.

Does a consultation include building the system?

No. The consultation includes its listed sessions and documents. Implementation is quoted separately after the outcome and boundaries are clear. You can take the recommendations to your own team.

Can we keep working together after launch?

Yes. Care, Improve, and Partner provide defined support for agreed existing workflows. We assess fit and agree the allowance, billing interval, and start date before payment. New builds and optional planning are quoted separately; existing subscriptions keep their agreed terms.

What does your team keep doing by hand?

Bring the repeated task, the tools you use, and what a better result would look like.
