This notice covers zenoutlabs.com and the inquiry, payment, onboarding and booking steps linked from this website. Project-specific data handling is agreed separately when we define the work.
Information you provide.
When you contact Gregory, book a conversation, submit an onboarding brief, or buy a service, the relevant step can include your name, email address, message, business details, appointment details, and purchase information. We use this information to respond, check service fit, match a purchase with its brief, arrange appointments, deliver agreed work, and manage billing.
Initial inquiries should contain a description or a sanitized example. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, customer records, or other confidential information through an initial brief. Agree on an appropriate sharing method before providing project data.
The public website does not require a ZenOut account. Reading a guide does not subscribe you to marketing. If you separately choose to join a product update list on a retained page, that form’s notice applies. You can reply to an update or contact us to request removal.
The contact form saves your inquiry and receipt in private storage on our hosting account, outside the public website folder. It sends Gregory an email notification through the host mail service. Email delivery can fail; the saved receipt remains available for review. The form uses a short-lived signed token, duplicate checks, and temporary IP-derived hashes to limit abuse. These records are separate from anonymous website counts.
Website measurements and storage.
Our measurement script records counts of page views and selected actions, such as following a service link or starting checkout. It sends the page path, a defined action label, and a broad source category such as search, social, referral, or campaign. It does not send form text, email addresses, full referral URLs, or payment details in that measurement payload.
The script does not use advertising cookies. It can use browser session storage to remember a broad campaign-source category as you move between pages. Session storage is browser-managed and usually clears when that tab’s session ends. Browser controls can clear it sooner.
The script skips these measurement requests when it detects Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. The server uses a temporary daily hash derived from the network address to limit abuse of the measurement endpoint. Raw network addresses are not stored in the aggregate measurement report. This does not prevent the hosting provider from processing ordinary access and security logs, which can include an IP address, requested URL, browser details, and a timestamp.
Retained older browser tools may store settings or progress on your device. Removing their links from the current site navigation does not clear data already stored by your browser. Use your browser’s site-data controls to remove that data.
You can exclude your browser from these measurements by opening the measurement opt-out link. A local browser preference keeps that choice. Enable measurements again or clear browser storage to remove it. Broad AI referral counts only apply when a referring site provides that information; they are not a count of AI citations.
The services involved.
- Hostinger hosts this website and processes hosting and security data. Hostinger privacy policy.
- Google provides the linked onboarding form, Calendar booking, Meet appointments, and our email inbox. Information you enter on those services is handled there and is available to Gregory for the relevant inquiry or service. Google privacy policy.
- Stripe provides hosted checkout and billing. Stripe receives the payment information you enter. ZenOut receives the customer and transaction details needed to manage the service. This website does not collect raw card or bank numbers. Stripe privacy policy.
External providers operate their own services and can use their own cookies and storage. Their notices apply when you follow those links. Public repository and profile links also take you to the relevant external service.
Access to project information should be limited to the people and services needed for the agreed work. Any use of an AI service with project data must be addressed in that project’s scope and data-sharing arrangements.
Retention and your choices.
We retain inquiries, appointment details, onboarding briefs, and purchase records as needed to respond, deliver agreed services, manage billing, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Retention can differ by record and provider. Browser-local data stays on your device until your browser or the relevant feature removes it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information held for your inquiry or service. We may need enough information to confirm the request. Some records may need to remain for billing, legal obligations, or an active dispute. The options available also depend on your location and the provider holding the record.
Use your browser’s storage and privacy controls for local data and supported privacy signals. Contact the relevant provider for data it controls independently.
