1. Scope and effective date
This notice applies to Zenout Labs public pages, free browser tools, games, experiments, service inquiry flows, the talking website voice demo, and the Market Notebook proof-of-concept demo. It was last updated on September 9, 2026.
If Zenout Labs later launches accounts, subscriptions, payments, API-connected tools, cloud-saved research, or backend compute, this privacy center should be reviewed and updated before those features collect production data.
2. Information the current site may collect
Information you type into tools
Free tools may process text you enter, such as prompt notes, calculator values, names, habits, checklist items, or service brief details. In the browser tools, that information is processed in your browser. The voice demo and consultation requests use the service providers described below.
Local storage
Some tools may save simple preferences or progress in your browser's local storage. Local storage stays on your device unless a future feature clearly asks to sync it to a backend.
Email inquiries
If you use an email link or copy an inquiry brief into an email, your email address, message, and any information you include are handled through your email provider and received for responding to your request.
Basic technical data
Web hosting providers commonly process server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp to keep sites running and secure. Zenout Labs should avoid adding extra tracking unless it is clearly disclosed.
Talking website demo and AI consultations
The talking website demo connects you to an AI agent, not a human contractor. Microphone access begins only when you choose to start a voice session and allow it in your browser. You can end the call in the widget or close the demo at any time.
Your voice is streamed through HighLevel (LeadConnector) and its voice technology providers, including Retell for the current demo, to understand your request and generate a spoken response. HighLevel's browser voice widget does not support audio call recording. This does not mean that details you share are processed only on your device.
Contact information, business details, and appointment or service-request details you choose to provide may be saved in ZenOut Labs' HighLevel CRM. We use that information to respond to your request, arrange a consultation, and manage our service relationship. Use sample details when trying the contractor demonstration. It does not dispatch a contractor or schedule real plumbing work.
The widget's providers process technical connection and security data needed to operate the voice session and prevent abuse. This can include your IP address, browser or device information, and session identifiers. Please do not share payment card details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive personal information in the demo.

3. How information is used
- Provide public games, tools, experiments, and service pages.
- Generate browser-local tool outputs and inquiry briefs.
- Respond to service inquiries that you choose to send.
- Improve copy, design, usability, and launch readiness.
- Protect the site, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse.
- Prepare future products such as Market Notebook without exposing private work publicly.
4. Market Notebook, Backtester, and research data
Market Notebook is currently a proof-of-concept service demo. The Backtester module is labeled as synthetic and research-only. It should not be used as investment advice, a broker, an execution system, or a paid signal product.
Future paid research features may involve strategy specs, backtest receipts, journal entries, CSV imports, optimization settings, Monte Carlo results, and research exports. Before those features are hosted, Zenout Labs should define clear retention, deletion, export, security, and data-source licensing rules.
Do not paste API keys, broker credentials, exchange secrets, account numbers, wallet seed phrases, private keys, tax identifiers, or regulated personal data into any public demo.
7. Retention and deletion
- Browser-local tool data remains on your device until you clear it or the tool overwrites it.
- Email inquiries may be retained as long as needed to respond, manage service work, and keep business records.
- Voice-demo contact and consultation records may be retained in our CRM to respond to requests and manage service work. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.
- Future account data should have account export and deletion paths before launch.
- Future Backtester run receipts should define whether they are private, shared, exported, archived, or deleted.
8. Privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live and how future features are launched, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, limit, export, object to, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. California privacy guidance highlights rights to know, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, correct, limit sensitive information use, and non-discrimination. EU data protection law treats personal data protection as a fundamental right.
For the current static site, most tool data is local to your browser. For email inquiries, voice-demo records, consultation requests, or future hosted accounts, use the contact method below to make a privacy request.
9. Children
Zenout Labs is not intended to collect personal information from children. The games are public browser experiences, but children should not submit personal details, service inquiries, payment information, or private research data.
10. Security commitments
- Keep private projects, client work, secrets, and unfinished internal notes off public pages by default.
- Do not ship API keys, broker credentials, payment secrets, or private tokens in frontend bundles.
- Use reputable payment processors if subscriptions are added.
- Add authentication, row-level access controls, audit logs, and rate limits before paid private workspaces.
- Use clear labels for synthetic research, demo data, imported data, and paid compute features.
11. Changes to this notice
This page should change as Zenout Labs changes. Material changes should update the date above and explain what changed, especially before launching accounts, payments, analytics, AI-provider integrations, or cloud-saved research.
